冷卻系統(tǒng)檢查

Cooling system inspection

檢查水箱防凍液液面，應(yīng)保持在水箱蓋焊點(diǎn)下方5cm處，嚴(yán)禁超過上限。

Check the coolant level in the water tank, which should be kept 5cm below the welding point on the water tank cover, and it is strictly prohibited to exceed the upper limit.

檢查水箱散熱片及冷凝器內(nèi)部，確保無雜物堵塞。

Check the radiator fins of the water tank and the interior of the condenser to ensure that there are no debris blockages.

空氣濾清器檢查

Air filter inspection

若阻塞指示器顯示在藍(lán)色區(qū)域，需停機(jī)并立即更換濾清器，禁止重復(fù)使用舊濾芯。

潤滑油檢查

檢查發(fā)動機(jī)機(jī)油油位，確保液面在機(jī)油尺最小與最大刻度之間。

電氣系統(tǒng)檢查

檢查控制系統(tǒng)機(jī)電連接線，確保無松動或接觸不良。

2、 Daily maintenance after operation

緊固檢查

Tightening inspection

Focus on inspecting and tightening the nuts of rotating components (such as high-pressure oil pumps, water pumps, gears, fans, etc.), while reinforcing the foundation bolts.

泄漏檢查

Leakage inspection

檢查是否存在漏油、漏水、漏氣現(xiàn)象，必要時進(jìn)行修復(fù)。

Check for oil, water, and gas leaks, and repair if necessary.

故障排查

Troubleshooting

記錄運(yùn)行過程中出現(xiàn)的異常現(xiàn)象或故障，及時分析處理。
