焦化發(fā)電機組的安裝有利于帶動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,變輸煤為輸電,實現(xiàn)多能互補轉(zhuǎn)化。200萬噸/年循環(huán)經(jīng)濟綜合利用煤焦化項目以精煤為原料,通過焦爐煤氣深加工循環(huán)利用、焦炭余熱回收循環(huán)利用、焦爐煙氣余熱綜合循環(huán)利用、焦化廢水處理中水回用、煤氣中硫及脫硫廢液循環(huán)再利用,提高煤炭資源利用率,實現(xiàn)資源精深加工目的。

1.焦化發(fā)電機組工作原理:

1. Working principle of coking generator set:

(1)壓縮式氣化工藝(簡稱壓氣化):

壓氣化是利用焦爐排出的煤氣加熱汽輪機凝汽器中的飽和蒸汽而獲得能量的方法。

(2)直接燃燒式氣化工藝(簡稱直燃法):

直燃法是采用煤粉作原料的燃氣發(fā)生技術(shù),其基本原理是在一定的壓力下將燃料噴入爐膛內(nèi)進行氧化反應(yīng)生成可燃氣體和助燃空氣的燃燒過程。

(3)間接燃燒式氣化工藝(簡稱半干法):

半干法的特點是利用部分煤氣與空氣進行化學反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生可燃氣的過程稱為半干法轉(zhuǎn)化過程。

The characteristic of the semi dry process is that it utilizes a chemical reaction between some coal gas and air to produce combustible gas, which is called the semi dry conversion process.

2.焦化發(fā)電機組可能會遇到進水的問題。溫馨提示,焦化發(fā)電機組進水后是不能繼續(xù)使用的,因為水是無法被壓縮的,油水混合進入到汽缸后,發(fā)動機依然還牌調(diào)整運轉(zhuǎn)期間,做功的過程中不能對水進行壓縮,從而導致活塞卡死,汽缸磨損情況會變得加劇,如果焦化發(fā)電機組中有水,除了會導致焦化發(fā)電機組發(fā)電機組運轉(zhuǎn)緩慢且不穩(wěn)定之外,甚至還可能造成曲軸彎曲等,對焦化發(fā)電機組發(fā)電機組的正常運行帶來非常嚴重的影響。

2. Coking power generation units may encounter water ingress issues. 解決方法: 一般發(fā)生焦化發(fā)電機組發(fā)電機組焦化發(fā)電機組進水后,要盡快把電瓶負極線拆下來,以免焦化發(fā)電機組發(fā)電機的控制系統(tǒng)因時水而發(fā)生短路,同時按正確步驟更換燃油濾清器,如果焦化發(fā)電機組進水不是很多,可以先讓焦化發(fā)電機組靜置一段時間,讓水慢慢沉淀下去,等到水和焦化發(fā)電機組成分層后,再將水排凈即可,而如果是進水的量比較大,則應(yīng)將原有的變質(zhì)焦化發(fā)電機組全部更換,否則可能會造成機組運行冒白煙或運行無力。

Solution: Generally, when water enters the coking generator set, the negative electrode wire of the battery should be removed as soon as possible to prevent the control system of the coking generator set from short circuiting due to water ingress. At the same time, the fuel filter should be replaced according to the correct steps. If there is not a lot of water ingress into the coking generator set, it can be left to settle for a period of time.
