1、 Ingredient requirements

甲烷濃度：需≥50%（理想值 55-65%），每降低 1% 發(fā)電量減少約 2%，可通過(guò)在線(xiàn)紅外檢測(cè)儀實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)

Methane concentration: It needs to be ≥ 50% (ideal value 55-65%), and for every 1% decrease in power generation, the reduction is about 2%, which can be monitored in real time by an online infrared detector

二氧化碳含量：≤45%，過(guò)高會(huì)降低熱值，需通過(guò)氣水分離裝置優(yōu)化

Carbon dioxide content: ≤ 45%. If it is too high, it will reduce the calorific value and needs to be optimized through a gas water separation device

硫化氫濃度：≤20ppm（非耐硫機(jī)型需≤5ppm），超過(guò) 50ppm 將加速發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)腐蝕，建議采用生物脫硫 + 干法脫硫組合工藝

Moisture: Dew point temperature ≤ -10 ℃ (at ambient temperature of 25 ℃), can be dehydrated through double dehydration using a refrigerated dryer and silica gel adsorption

硅氧烷：≤5mg/m?，超過(guò) 10mg/m3 將導(dǎo)致火花塞積碳，需配置活性炭吸附塔

Siloxanes: ≤ 5mg/m?， Exceeding 10mg/m 3 will result in carbon buildup on spark plugs, requiring the installation of an activated carbon adsorption tower

焦油：≤50mg/m?（燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)需≤10mg/m3），可采用電捕焦油器 + 陶瓷濾芯過(guò)濾

三、運(yùn)行參數(shù)

Gas supply pressure: It needs to be stable at 3-10kPa (adjusted according to the model). Fluctuations exceeding ± 1kPa will affect combustion efficiency. It is recommended to install a stabilizing tank

進(jìn)氣溫度：≤40℃，高溫環(huán)境需增加空冷器，避免爆震風(fēng)險(xiǎn)

Intake temperature: ≤ 40 ℃. In high-temperature environments, an air cooler needs to be added to avoid the risk of detonation

粉塵粒徑：≤5μm，需配置精度 0.1μm 的三級(jí)過(guò)濾系統(tǒng)

四、預(yù)處理要求

Online monitoring: Install a biogas composition analyzer (such as ABB AO2020) to monitor real-time parameters such as methane, hydrogen sulfide, and pressure

定期檢測(cè)：每月送樣檢測(cè)硅氧烷、焦油含量，每季度校驗(yàn)熱值儀

Regular testing: monthly sample testing for siloxane and tar content, quarterly verification of calorimeter

應(yīng)急處理：當(dāng)硫化氫超標(biāo)時(shí)自動(dòng)切換備用脫硫塔，水分超標(biāo)時(shí)啟動(dòng)旁路干燥

Emergency response: Automatically switch to the backup desulfurization tower when hydrogen sulfide exceeds the standard, and start the bypass drying when moisture exceeds the standard
