燃氣發(fā)電機組啟動分析會出現(xiàn)哪些故障？
檢查電源或其它電器件可能的原因主要有：

蓄電池存電不足，發(fā)動機運轉無力或轉速低；
Insufficient battery storage, weak engine operation or low speed;
起動吸鐵開關打滑，碳刷接觸不良；
The starting iron suction switch is slipping and the carbon brush has poor contact;
檢查各插接件是否松動或被侵蝕；
Check whether each connector is loose or corroded;
導線過長、過細，導致電阻過大，產(chǎn)生電壓降；
The wire is too long or too thin, resulting in excessive resistance and voltage drop;
起動機接線不正確。

檢查燃料閥或者節(jié)氣門是否工作

進氣受堵，這主要為空濾器積塵過多或受潮所至；

進排氣門間隙過大或過小，發(fā)動機會有異常響聲；

排氣受堵，可能為進氣壓縮力不足方面。
