沼氣發(fā)電機組耗氣量高的檢查方式

沼氣發(fā)電機組經過一段時間使用后，出現(xiàn)耗氣量過高的現(xiàn)象，這時要檢查沼氣發(fā)電機組狀況，如下：
After using the biogas generator set for a period of time, the gas consumption is too high. At this time, check the condition of the biogas generator set, as follows:
1)檢查沼氣發(fā)電機組水溫是否低于80℃，使減壓器加熱不良，或減壓器循環(huán)水管被堵，造成減壓器有結冰，混合氣偏濃。
1) Check whether the water temperature of the biogas generator set is lower than 80 ℃, which causes poor heating of the pressure reducer, or the circulating water pipe of the pressure reducer is blocked, which causes the pressure reducer to freeze and the mixture gas is too thick.
2)高低壓沼氣管線、混合器與節(jié)氣門連接處、進氣管、沼氣裝置及鋼瓶是否漏氣。
2) Whether the high and low pressure biogas pipeline, the connection between the mixer and the throttle valve, the intake pipe, the biogas device and the steel cylinder leak.
3)空氣濾清器是否干凈，進氣管路是否暢通。
3) Check whether the air filter is clean and whether the air inlet pipe is unblocked.
4)混合器流量是否調整不當，使混合氣過濃。在保證正常啟動的情況下，再在混合器膜片上加0.1mm厚銅墊或適當關小功率閥。
4) Whether the flow of the mixer is adjusted improperly to make the mixture too rich. Under the condition of ensuring normal startup, add 0.1mm thick copper pad on the mixer diaphragm or turn down the power valve properly.
沼氣發(fā)電機組
5)中冷增壓沼氣發(fā)電機組減壓器出口壓力高，高可達80Kpa，使用檢漏液檢查沼氣出口到進氣管之間各部件是否有漏氣，用壓縮空氣檢查。
5) The outlet pressure of the pressure reducer of the intercooled booster biogas generator set is high, up to 80Kpa. Use the leak detection solution to check whether there is gas leakage in the components between the biogas outlet and the intake pipe, and use compressed air to check.
6)低壓減壓器輸出壓力是否過高。
6) Whether the output pressure of low pressure reducer is too high.
7)檢查蓄電池電壓是否過低和點火系統(tǒng)是否有故障。

8)斷缸法檢查各缸工作情況。
