天然氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的氣缸套哪里容易出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題呢?
1、天然氣發(fā)電機(jī)組氣缸套出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重磨損的原因
1. Causes of serious wear of cylinder liner of natural gas generator set
活塞在缸套內(nèi)壁高速運(yùn)動(dòng),不可避免地會(huì)造成缸套的磨損。若氣缸套在裝配時(shí)的位置誤差較大,或活塞環(huán)在裝配時(shí)不符合技術(shù)要求,氣缸套會(huì)很快出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重磨損。
The high-speed movement of piston in the inner wall of cylinder liner will inevitably cause the wear of cylinder liner. If the position error of the cylinder liner is large during assembly, or the piston ring does not meet the technical requirements during assembly, the cylinder liner will be seriously worn soon.
2、氣缸套發(fā)生裂紋的原因

如廠家在鑄造時(shí)存在缺陷,或是操作人員使用保養(yǎng)不當(dāng),在缸套外壁經(jīng)過(guò)冷熱突變、長(zhǎng)時(shí)間超負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)或缸套外壁結(jié)冰時(shí),都會(huì)造成缸套裂紋;若氣缸套裝配不正確,會(huì)造成氣缸套和氣缸體之間的配合間隙發(fā)生變化,導(dǎo)致氣缸套在氣缸體中產(chǎn)生歪斜現(xiàn)象。
If the manufacturer has defects in casting, or the operator does not use and maintain properly, the cylinder liner cracks will be caused when the outer wall of the cylinder liner goes through cold and hot mutation, long-time overload operation or the outer wall of the cylinder liner freezes; if the cylinder liner is not matched correctly, the matching gap between the cylinder liner and the cylinder block will change, resulting in the cylinder liner skew in the cylinder block.

一般地,發(fā)生拉缸的原因有五種,一是活塞與氣缸套之間的間隙較?。欢悄ズ掀诘谋pB(yǎng)沒(méi)有按技術(shù)要求進(jìn)行;三是裝配的活塞環(huán)切口間隙過(guò)??;四是潤(rùn)滑油內(nèi)固體顆粒較多;五是操作者在沒(méi)有潤(rùn)滑油壓力或潤(rùn)滑油壓力較低時(shí),快速地提高柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組轉(zhuǎn)速。
Generally, there are five reasons for cylinder pulling: the first is that the clearance between piston and cylinder liner is small; the second is that the maintenance during running in period is not carried out according to the technical requirements; the third is that the clearance of piston ring notch is too small; the fourth is that there are more solid particles in lubricating oil; the fifth is that the operator can quickly increase the speed of diesel generator set when there is no lubricating oil pressure or the lubricating oil pressure is low.
4、氣缸套產(chǎn)生穴蝕的原因
4. Causes of cavitation erosion in cylinder liner
氣缸套發(fā)生穴蝕的原因一般有以下三種。一是廠家在鑄造時(shí)存在缺陷;二是缸套與活塞間的配合間隙過(guò)大;三是缸套與氣缸體之間的配合間隙過(guò)大。
There are three reasons for cavitation of cylinder liner. The first is that there are defects in casting; the second is that the fit clearance between cylinder liner and piston is too large; the third is that the fit clearance between cylinder liner and cylinder block is too large.

天然氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的氣缸套在長(zhǎng)期的使用過(guò)程中,由于受到高溫高壓、冷卻液的穴蝕破壞和機(jī)械應(yīng)力的作用,易產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重磨損、裂紋、穴蝕和拉缸等故障。當(dāng)氣缸套出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重磨損后,會(huì)導(dǎo)致氣缸內(nèi)部壓縮壓力下降、功率降低等。
During the long-term use of the cylinder liner of natural gas generator set, due to the high temperature and high pressure, cavitation damage of coolant and mechanical stress, it is easy to cause serious wear, crack, cavitation and cylinder pulling. When the cylinder liner is seriously worn, the compression pressure and power in the cylinder will decrease.
若用一字旋具在飛輪監(jiān)視孔撥動(dòng)柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組飛輪齒圈,還會(huì)昕見(jiàn)漏氣聲;缸套出現(xiàn)裂紋或穴蝕后,氣缸套可能會(huì)漏氣,油底殼內(nèi)部潤(rùn)滑油會(huì)進(jìn)入冷卻液。如果裂紋或穴蝕位置在活塞上止點(diǎn)以上,柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組起動(dòng)后還會(huì)出現(xiàn)水箱(或散熱器)向外反水的現(xiàn)象;柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組出現(xiàn)拉缸后的明顯特征是轉(zhuǎn)速下降、功率降低、潤(rùn)滑油溫度升高和排煙增多等。
If you move the flywheel ring gear of diesel generator set with a straight bit in the flywheel monitoring hole, you will hear the sound of air leakage; after the cylinder liner cracks or cavitation, the cylinder liner may leak, and the lubricating oil in the oil pan will enter the coolant. If the crack or cavitation is located above the top dead center of the piston, the water tank (or radiator) will return to the outside after the start of the diesel generator set; the obvious characteristics of the diesel generator set after the cylinder pulling are the decrease of speed, the decrease of power, the increase of lubricating oil temperature and the increase of smoke exhaust.
